As a Product Manager for ServiceNow IT Workflows, your customers are your peers. You're responsible for building tools, improving processes, and automating tasks that make life better for our employees around the world. You'll own the roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders and drive the team towards simple solutions for complex problems.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Knowledge in ServiceNow platform and ITIL Expertise
- Defining the 'vision' for their modules in alignment with the overall platform strategies and desired business outcomes
- Own the roadmap. Align with internal stakeholders on priorities. Champion your team's vision.
- Provide direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Product backlog management, including prioritizing product backlog items
- Overseeing product module configuration
- Anticipating customer/user needs for the product
- Product stakeholder management
- Keeping up to date with the ServiceNow roadmap for their respective product modules
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders
***WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience as an admin, architect, project, program, or product manager
- 3+ years experience of Software Development Lifecycle, leveraging agile practices
- Ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to define and guide our Employee Service Center product design, planning, prioritization and solid implementation
- The desire to solve tough problems at scale
- A core product management skill set including ServiceNow, SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, UX/UI, and DevOps.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
- Proven ability to define the vision for your product, set goals for the team, and drive meaningful impact
- Experience eliciting requirements from internal customers and stakeholders
- Experience balancing priorities and dependencies across numerous initiatives and complex project plans
- Ability to make data-driven business decisions
- Experience simplifying complexity and effectively communicating with your internal team as well as business stakeholders
- Ability to empathize with your customers and develop simple solutions to their pain points
