Google & YouTube Ads Growth Strategist – eCommerce Scaling Expert

What You’ll Be Doing Develop & execute full-funnel strategies across Google Ads & YouTube for fast-growing DTC brands. Lead account audits, scaling roadmaps, and creative testing cycles. Scale PMAX and YouTube campaigns, optimize Shopping & Search, and unlock cold traffic profitability. Guide clients on ad creative (scripts, angles, formats), funnel structure, CRO, and landing page strategy. Direct landing page & advertorial builds (listicles, quizzes, VSLs). Provide weekly performance reviews, client education, and action plans. You’re a Fit If You Have scaled brands from $10k / month to $100k-$500k+ spend levels while maintaining ROAS. Have hands‑on experience managing $1M+ / month in Google / YouTube ad spend. Have built successful YouTube campaigns and know how to test hooks, CTAs, and audiences. Are deeply analytical, fast-moving, and thrive on performance‑based environments. Know how to communicate with DTC founders, speak their language, and lead strategic direction.
