Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud-native systems on AWS that deliver seamless performance at scale.
  • Own Kubernetes clusters, architecture, automation, observability, and performance tuning.
  • Build Terraform modules and GitOps pipelines to streamline deployments and minimize manual work.
  • Create CI/CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and ensure safe deployment of new features.
  • Automate everything from provisioning to monitoring, security, and scalability with the best tools for the job.
  • PUSH systems to 99.99% uptime across billions of transactions annually.
  • Partner directly with product engineers, security teams, and leadership to develop infrastructure that accelerates growth.
  • Mentor teammates, review pull requests, and help define best practices as we expand.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong proven track record with LAMP, Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP.
  • Strong real-world experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • A deep understanding of Linux containers, networking, and cloud-native security.
  • Proven ability to scale systems to handle high-volume, high-availability workloads.
  • Hands-on skills in scripting or coding Python, Go, or Bash.
  • An eye for automation and eliminating manual work wherever possible.
  • Startup or growth-stage experience – a plus
  • Excellent asynchronous communication skills, comfortable with Slack, GitHub, and Docs.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building infrastructure for AI/ML systems, SaaS, or telco-scale applications.
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vault, Elastic Stack, or EKS.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience, guiding junior engineers.
  • Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or Azure Admin.
