**Responsibilities**:
- Manage projects from concept through delivery, including establishing project objectives, scope, team structure, timelines, and methods for evaluating effectiveness.
- Develop project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, summaries, reports, budgets and control systems.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to members of work teams, while monitoring and controlling progress and outcomes.
- Track and communicate project progress and outcomes to project teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in an engineering environment.
- Excellent technical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of speaking in front of larger teams and facilitating meetings.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Splunk, and/or JIRA.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (lead meetings).
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- PMP certification.
- Mining/Computing/Technology background.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, preferably automation.
- Experience with working with remote teams across multiple geographies.
- Language: Spanish
