We are looking for a qualified and motivated Business Data Expert in Quality to join our team at Vaillant. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data within our Industrial Quality business processes group-wide. You will work closely with IT teams, process owners, and the Data Governance team to support and drive successful data management initiatives, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations. The responsabilities will be: • Ensure high-quality master data through cleansing, creation, and migration activities.• Global collaboration with IT, process owners, and data governance teams to maintain consistent and reliable data.• Coordinate and support Local Data Stewards in executing data-related tasks.• Monitor and validate data accuracy by usage and development of automated tools including structured documentation.• Participate in migration workshops and ensure seamless data transfer in terms of process/ERP rollouts by using tools like SAP ERP, Databricks, Collibra (Data Catalogue & Data Quality), Salesforce, Jira, Qlikview, Excel, … Proven ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and foster productive collaboration with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex activities across teams. Demonstrated initiative and self-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Solid understanding of business processes, preferably in an industrial or quality environment. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience including a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Informatics, Computer Science,Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus. Relevant experience/certifications in Quality, Process or Project Management are a plus.
