Cloud Operations Engineer Nossa equipe procura por profissionais de alta qualidade para assumir o papel de Cloud Operations Engineer em nossa infraestrutura em nuvem. Missão: A missão desse profissional é garantir a operação eficiente de nossos ambientes em nuvem, atuando com foco em automação, performance e confiabilidade. Gerenciar, automatizar e manter ambientes em nuvem;
Atuar na sustentação de ambientes críticos de produção e homologação;
Desenvolver emanter scripts de automação (Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible);
Monitorar sistemas, realizar troubleshooting e atuar na resolução de incidentes;
Apoiar a evolução das práticas de backup, disaster recovery e alta disponibilidade;
Gerenciar recursos computacionais, redes, balanceadores e storages;
Garantir que a infraestrutura esteja em conformidade com políticas de segurança e compliance;
Trabalhar próximo aos times de DevOps e SRE para integração de soluções modernas de observabilidade e autoscaling. Requisitos e Qualificações: Experiência sólida em administração de sistemas Linux e/ou Windows Server em ambientes de missão crítica;
Vivência com provedores de nuvem pública (AWS, Oracle Cloud);
Experiência com ferramentas de automação e infraestrutura como código (IaC);
Conhecimento de containers e orquestração (Docker, ECS, EKS ou Kubernetes);
Conhecimento em redes,DNS, VPN, segurança de perímetro e hardening;
Familiaridadecom práticas de monitoramento e logging (ex: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Datadog);
Perfil analítico, orientado a resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua;
Boa comunicação e capacidade de atuação colaborativa com times multidisciplinares.
