Estamos buscando um **Senior Engineering Manager** para fazer parte da estrutura de **Infraestrutura** no Rei do Pitaco, em São Paulo.
Como **Senior Engineering Manager**, você será responsável por escalar um ou mais times.
**terá como atividades principais**
- Conduzir 1:1s, reuniões dos times e alinhamento com outros times.
- Liderar pessoas engenheiras, tornando-as cada vez mais efetivas.
- Difundir a cultura do Rei do Pitaco.
- Dar feedback constantemente e melhorar nossos processos de engenharia.
- Entregar projetos que escalam o Rei do Pitaco para milhões de usuários
- Ser peça chave no nosso processo de recrutamento.
**precisa ter**:
- Graduado em cursos relacionados à computação como Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação e Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas;
- Experiência liderando pessoas, recrutamento e apoiando a carreira de pessoas desenvolvedoras
- Experiência profissional ampla/prévia em desenvolvimento de software;
- Experiência em conceitos de computação (estruturas de dados, redes, concorrência, gerenciamento de memória e análise de algoritmos);
