Location & Remote WorkOur Growth team works in a "remote-first" model, with work from home and the option to use offices in São Paulo or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week. Hiring Process StagesApplication Interview with Recruiters Interview with Hiring Manager Live Case Interview with stakeholder Offer About the TeamYour mission as a Growth Intelligence Senior Analyst (Supply) will be to provide insights, frameworks, and actionable recommendations to increase the volume of Listings attracted through acquisition and conversion channels, ensuring scalability and efficiency under our economics guidelines. You will diagnose supply performance, support growth levers, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive impact.
