*ASSISTENTE DE RH - DESENVOLVIMENTO ORGANIZACIONAL - GOIÂNIA - GO*
*SEGMENTO*: Empresa no Segmento de Sondagem/Mineração
*ATIVIDADES:
- Atuar na área de treinamento e desenvolvimento organizando treinamentos internos, mapeando necessidade de treinamentos dos colaboradores; Controlando a matriz de treinamento da empresa garantindo que todos os colaboradores estejam treinados conforme exigência da empresa e legislação trabalhista; Digitação e organização de treinamentos internos ou externos através de software de RH e arquivo documental físico; Participar na concepção e desenvolvimento de novos projetos ou ações que envolvem diretamente os colaboradores, tais como comunicações, monitoramento do clima organizacional, avaliação de desempenho e outros programas de desenvolvimento para colaboradores da empresa; Suporte a coordenação de recursos humanos na organização de treinamentos internos da empresa.
*HORÁRIO:
- Segunda à Sexta de 08:00h às 17:00h
**REMUNERAÇÃO:
- **R$2.200,00

**REQUISITOS:
- **Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins; Boa comunicação verbal; Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas, se necessário.
