Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.About the roleWe’re looking for a world-classEnterprise Graphic Designerwith strong UI and UX skills and proven B2 B brand/ corporate design experience.You’ll help elevate our brand across web and digital, creating premium, high-performing designs at every touchpoint.We value proactive, hands-on designers who bring ideas to life — from polished web experiences to impactful brand assets. Experience in Saa S or services and mastery of Figma are essential. You should be able to translate marketing goals into designs that drive results.What You’ll DoWebsite Design (UI/UX)Design and iterate on landing pages, marketing pages, and full site redesigns.Focus on conversions while maintaining a consistent, premium brand experience.Apply UX best practices to improve usability and engagement.Brand & Marketing AssetsCreate graphics for social media, blog posts, ads, and email campaigns.Design lead magnets, e Books, white papers, and sales materials.Edit videos and support campaign branding to ensure cohesion across platforms.Campaign & Ad CreativeProduce high-performing ad creatives for digital and social channels.Adapt designs across formats while maintaining visual impact.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, content, and development teams to bring ideas to life.Ensure clean, detailed handoffs for production.Who you areExpert in Figma– advanced use of components, auto layout, and prototyping.Strong UI/UX background– able to wireframe, design, and iterate with speed and quality.B2 B design experience– ideally with services or Saa S companies.Portfolio showcasing:High-converting landing pages.Web redesigns for professional B2 B brands.Marketing graphics (ads, social, blog, lead magnets).Brand system creation and application.Skilled in website design and video editing.Able to balance brand aesthetics with performance-focused design.Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.Perks100% remote roleCompensation in USDTime off:14 days vacation, US working holidays + 4 local floating holidays, Birthday offHealth insurance refundThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone driven to join a fast-growing company.
