**JOB Title**: Logistics Analyst, PL
**Job Summary**
This position will be responsible to measure and implement intra-logistics improvement projects and masterdata mapping on top of SAP EWM implementation for our AGCO Canoas plant.
**Job Function and Responsibilities**
Lead PFEP (plan for each part) mapping and all masterdata related for SAP EWM implementation, define KPIs for implementation and audit KPIs for stabilization. Be responsible for process monitoring along hypercare, stabilization and during maturity process. Provide those KPIs to top management for intra-logistics 'healthcheck' and operational discipline. Responsible for visual management projects implementation under intra-logistics processes. Lead new operators training sessions (conceptual, simulation, hardware and on the job hypercare shadow). Establish reinforce training periods, by process and by end-user. Develop a pocket book with several common errors and answers.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
**Education**
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Business
**Qualifications and Experience**
+6 years of experience under logistics engineering area such as logistics process improvements projects implementation and cost reduction initiatives.
Microsoft Office advanced
Lean and six sigma knowledge
Led at least 5 improvement material-flow projects (from scratch to hypercare)
Analytics skills
SAP EWM, WM or any WMS system knowledge (end-user)
Languages: English (intermediate level)

It will impact on in-house logistics processes, from receiving docks, putaway strategies, storage strategies, picking and line-feeding methods as well as operational KPIs such as masterdata and lead operational audits. This vacancy is to provide logistics process improvements, cost reduction and streamline process-flow under manufacturing environment.
