Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our recruiters community. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Interact with potential candidates on social media, conduct an active search, and build the network to ensure pipeline upon demand.

- Screen resumes, and assess candidates' technical skills.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruiting.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.

- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry is a plus.

Salary: €1000 - €7000 per hire

Your salary will depend on the number of closed vacancies per month.
