O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER Apoiar líderes no orçamento anual e mensal, previsões, gestão e controle de custos das plantas na região das Américas. Participar ativamente da liderança regional, contribuindo para o desempenho operacional e compliance. Identificar antecipadamente variações e riscos, propondo ações corretivas e melhorias. Supervisionar o fechamento mensal, incluindo análises de variação, revisões de lançamentos e reconciliações. Gerenciar forecast, budget e recálculo anual de custos. Preparar e fornecer informações financeiras sobre o desempenho da planta (custos padrão, taxa hora, CERs, melhorias de custo). Suportar integração vertical, localização e análises de valor agregado. Garantir conformidade com políticas contábeis da TE, especialmente em inventário e ativos fixos. Preparar e apresentar resultados semanais e mensais. Controlar centros de custo e apoiar no desenvolvimento de KPIs operacionais. Oferecer análises para diferentes áreas (ex.: custo de conversão, produtividade, TEOA). Apoiar análises da cadeia de suprimentos global e iniciativas de redução de custos (inventário, frete, alfândega, logística). REQUISITOS Graduação completa em Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas; Sólida experiência em finanças de operações em plantas industriais (empresa global é diferencial) Sólida experiência em gestão de Budget, Forecast e análises financeiras; Experiência em contabilidade de custos; Forte experiência com SAP em ambientes de manufatura. Fluência em inglês; espanhol é diferencial. Excelente domínio de Excel e MS Office.
