Global Mobility Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Manager to lead our team in delivering end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence and Compliance
    • Independently manage mobility lifecycle processes, developing process maps to enhance efficiency and implementing risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows.
    • Track regulatory changes and implement risk-mitigation protocols for visa immigration, tax, social security, and compensation benefits compliance.
    • Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review.
  • Change Management Support
    • Collaborate with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates, rolling out communication plans and addressing employee resistance.
    • Gather assignee input to refine support resources, including onboarding kits and digital guides.
  • Digital Operations and Data-Driven Insights
    • Leverage the mobility platform to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection.
    • Monitor assignment costs and compliance metrics to identify execution bottlenecks.
    • Update real-time reports on case statuses and SLA adherence.
  • Employee Experience and Support
    • Resolve complex mobility inquiries independently for assignees and business travellers.
    • Manage immigration lawyers and relocation services in priority regions.
    • Maintain self-service tools for common relocation scenarios.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  3. Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred.
  4. GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials are preferred.
  5. Proven ability to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision, support policy rollouts, address team resistance, and execute communication plans.
