Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

  • Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers
  • Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give change following procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Follow merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor
  • Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Support shrink reduction initiatives
  • Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For: You
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations
  • Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
  • Retail customer experience preferred
