Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give change following procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction initiatives Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness Perform other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For: You Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to meet business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to change Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits Includes associate discounts, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) contributions, child care & cell phone discounts, pet & legal insurance, credit union, referral bonuses, and more.
