Shift Pursuit is excited to partner with one of South Africa’s leading private hospital groups in recruiting a Clinical Facilitator for their Richards Bay facility. This role is ideal for a dynamic nursing professional who is passionate about staff development, mentorship, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a structured clinical learning environment for all nurses.
  • Facilitate competency-based training and development programmes.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Act as a professional role model, demonstrating clinical expertise and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Design and coordinate in-service education sessions to enhance staff skills.
  • Ensure compliance with SANC standards, hospital policies, and quality audits.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuous improvement in patient care.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in General Nursing (R425)
  • Proven experience in training, developing competencies, and mentoring staff
  • 2–3 years’ previous experience as a Clinical Facilitator in the private hospital sector
  • Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
  • Assessor and Moderator qualification
