We re powered by our people a global, diverse, multi-generational talent - representing 161 nationalities whose unique spark, perspective and boundless passion drive our culture of proactive value creation and problem-solving.To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities: Analyze transportation and logistics business requirements Configure OTM modules: Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Carrier Management Design and optimize transportation workflows and business processes Conduct functional workshops, training sessions, and UAT with stakeholdersTechnical Responsibilities: Customize OTM using OTM APIs, XML, XSLT, and integration frameworks Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher or OTM analytics tools Integrate OTM with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP) and external carrier systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environmentsProject & Support: Lead or support OTM implementation and upgrade projects Document configurations, test cases, and deployment plans Provide L2/L3 support and manage change requestsRequired Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Proficiency in OTM configuration, workflow design, and technical customization Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and web services Understanding of transportation lifecycle from procurement to delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced EnglishWhy choose us?
