Sales Development Representative (ENG-POR)


Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly, hard-working Sales Development Representative to join our client’s team and help grow their sales pipeline, particularly focusing on Brazilian Portuguese clients and referral partners in the U.S. In this role, you will introduce the client’s credit repair services to mortgage brokers and realtors, nurturing relationships with organizations that can benefit from these offerings. You will play a crucial role in helping potential clients access tailored credit solutions.

Our client is a leading Wealth Management and Credit Repair Firm that offers a wide range of financial services, specializing in credit repair for individuals and businesses. The firm helps clients rebuild their financial health by offering tailored solutions and support throughout the credit repair process. They work with a variety of partners, including mortgage brokers and realtors, to provide customized services that address their clients' unique credit situations.

  • Full-Time

Work Schedule:

  • 9 AM - 5 PM EST


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with an existing referral partner database (CRM) to identify potential partners.
  • Conduct cold outreach to prospect referral partners, introducing credit repair services to them.
  • Set up appointments with qualified prospects and explain the credit repair services offered.
  • Review credit reports with prospects to assess their situation and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, offering assistance and support throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales-related position .
  • Patience and adeptness in handling objections.
  • Quick learner, capable of mastering and implementing scripts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a fearless but respectful approach to sales.
  • Confidence in communicating over the phone.


Language Requirements:

  • C1 level of English proficiency.


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and referral partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in credit repair services or financial services is a plus.


Compensation:

  • Salary is paid in USD or local currency , depending on the candidate’s preference.
