Your Day-to-Day: Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non‑technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, covering both technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments. A data‑driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies. CET timezone preferred – or willingness to be flexible when needed.
