Our dynamic team offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, valuing accuracy and innovative problem-solving.Job descriptionThe Tax Manager will be responsible for the management of indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the optimization of the tax burden;Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc;Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met;Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities;Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.Desired profileEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred;Solid experience in indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning;Knowledge in tax reform;Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders.Language:Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency).Fluent in English (written & spoken)
