As a Hospital Cook, you will be responsible for producing and providing meals in different areas of the company, helping to maintain internal processes efficiently. Knowledge of hygiene, food handling, and preservation; Ability to prepare and assemble diets according to requests; Ability to prepare and serve diets to hospitalized patients; Organization of the sector, replenishment of supplies, and inventory control; Courteous and agile service; Assembling trays and organizing the service counter; Cleaning utensils, equipment, and work area; Controlling the validity of supplies and maintaining inventory/ refrigerator/ cabinet organization; Supporting customer/patient/employee service (as requested). High school diploma (or equivalent); Previous experience in a cook or nutrition and dietetics technician role; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Basic knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; Good verbal and written communication skills; Availability of schedules (morning, afternoon, or night), or 12x36H scale; Ability to work in a team and perform tasks under minimal supervision.
