Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑Time) Join the Go Running Tours team as a Growth Marketer. This role is part‑time with opportunity to grow into Head of Marketing. My name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. Our markets are growing rapidly (some by 100+%) and we constantly seek new channels and markets to sell our services. We need a growth marketer who is analytical, structured, creative, and can run B2C and B2B campaigns. Responsibilities include: Planning and running digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms, and measuring ROI. Optimizing email marketing workflows, building automations, and analyzing data to improve performance. Producing newsletters, case studies, and sponsorship proposals to reach new runners and corporate partners. Researching new tech, trends, and growth opportunities; testing initiatives in one city and scaling to other destinations. Collaborating closely with the founder and a remote team with minimal internal meetings (2–3 hours/week). Qualifications: Experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, and/or email marketing. Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset. Ability to execute quickly, collaborate effectively, and drive continuous improvement. Excellent copywriting and creative thinking. Comfortable working remotely and managing own time and priorities.
