**Job Description:**

This high-impact role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and execution across data products. You will work closely with research and commercial leaders to set targets and own data strategy and execution for data products.

  • Operate as a player-coach, setting quality and innovation standards while empowering your team to tackle complex data problems using analytical skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including management or lead capacity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to approach complex problems logically and decisively.
  • Strong ownership mentality and enthusiasm about making an impact.
