Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Real-Time Data Systems

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Linux engineer to join our team in Brazil. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the real-time data systems powering one of the world's leading investment banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux System Administration, with at least 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and Python. Key Responsibilities: Resolve data quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve data-related problems Support on-call duties, incident management, problem resolution, and change management to ensure uptime and performance of global trading and data services Work closely with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience, enriching the team's capabilities and providing high-quality services on Market Data Manage L2 alerts that require technical knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge bases, runbooks, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible Benefits: A dynamic work environment within a top global institution Flexible working arrangements, including fully remote or hybrid options Continuous learning and certification opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career prospects with international exposure
