**Position Overview**
We are looking for a talented 3D Architect Designer to join our creative team. You will design and develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations of stages, stands, booths, and other event environments. Your work will help bring SiGMA’s large-scale expos to life, ensuring impactful, innovative, and visually striking designs that elevate the attendee and sponsor experience. Graphic design skills will be considered a strong asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create 3D models, renders, and visualizations of booths, stands, stages, and event spaces.
- Collaborate with the Events and Creative teams to translate concepts into realistic, production-ready 3D designs.
- Develop mockups and presentations to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Adapt sponsor branding to 3D environments, ensuring accurate placement across stands, lounges, and other activations.
- Work closely with suppliers, production partners, and printers to ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered to spec.
- Ensure consistency with SiGMA’s overall brand identity across all 3D and graphic deliverables.
- Assist with on-site implementation, ensuring designs are executed accurately during event setup.
- Stay current with trends and technologies in 3D design, event staging, and experiential design.
- Provide additional graphic design support when needed for digital and print assets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven years of experience as a 3D Designer, Exhibition Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
- Solid portfolio showcasing 3D event, booth, or exhibition stand design projects.
- Strong understanding of layout, spatial design, and event production processes.
- Ability to create high-quality renders, both conceptual and technical.
- Experience collaborating with production houses, vendors, and printers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- A passion for events, design innovation, and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with external vendors and production houses is a plus.
