ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail sectors. ALEC FITOUT is hiring sharp Site Engineers to deliver fit-out projects that blend luxury with innovation. If you're driven, experienced, and ready for the UAE's biggest challenges, this is your next move.

  • Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in the UAE & KSA.
  • The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE or KSA.

Your Role:

  • Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
