Job Opportunity: Optimization Expert As a seasoned professional in the field of data science, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced optimization models to address complex scheduling and resource allocation challenges. With a strong foundation in mathematical rigor and practical feasibility, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale scheduling models that balance efficiency with operational requirements. Design and implement optimization models that incorporate event calendars, service times, passenger volumes, and destinations using available data. Develop solutions that integrate operational rules, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and business constraints into model formulations. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Optimization Expert who brings: Advanced knowledge of optimization modeling techniques, including integer programming, constraint programming, and heuristics/metaheuristics. Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale scheduling models in applied environments. Ability to incorporate operational rules, contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and business constraints into model formulations. Hands-on experience with optimization solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, or OR-Tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Julia, or C++.
