The Digital Marketing Director is an integral part of the McFadyen Digital marketing team handling a variety of digital engagement responsibilities in support of brand building, content creation, event participation, partnerships, and more. Reporting to the CMO, this role carries a lot of possibilities, responsibilities, and visibility, as digital marketing is a key component in how McFadyen engages the market and earns new business. This position comes with a lot of responsibility and a lot of flexibility in terms of being able to make these processes your own.
**Top 5 responsibilities**
- Develop, execute and report-upon multi-channel digital marketing campaigns targeting prospects, clients, and partners
- Drive inbound leads via SEM, paid social, and SEO optimization
- Create multi-touch multi-channel nurture and re-targeting campaigns to engage high priority targets
- Utilize the McFadyen marketing technology stack to create, update, and maintain segmented target lists
- Create and maintain distinct personas for each of McFadyen Digital’s key segment and people targets
**Other Responsibilities**
- Develop nurture campaigns to cover various topic tracks and stages of prospect maturity
- Syndicate McFadyen Digital’s SME content to all relevant digital channels
- Evaluate and improve the existing lead scoring scheme
- Create social media posts to support content, event, brand, and partner promotion
- Run Search Campaigns on Google and Bing and report on the results
- Ensure the McFadyen web properties are SEO optimized
- Create digital campaigns to support podcast and webinar efforts
- Create repeatable reporting structure to communicate the results of campaigns and ad spends
**Qualifications**
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing tactics
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
- Experience with Google Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design and layout tools
- Ability to create marketing dashboards and reports for activities and ROI
- Ability to create marketing campaigns from source material and consultation with SMEs
- Fluent English mandatory
