Operations at TRACTIAN
The operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality. We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented. We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply, overseeing the entire manufacturing process from the purchase of components to final device adaptation to meet international standards.

What You'll Do
As an Electronic Production Technician, you will assemble electronic devices following established procedures and standards. You will also contribute to organizing the work environment and ensuring the quality of the products. You will collaborate with our team to develop and adapt devices that meet rigorous international criteria, supporting our mission to modernize factory floors worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of electronic devices, ensuring precision and quality;
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment;
  • Conduct quality inspections during assembly;
  • Identify and resolve assembly-related issues;
  • Collaborate on process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in electronic assembly;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
