PhD in Engineering | Specialist in Geotechnical Engineering | Specialist in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence | Product Manager at IntellTech Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. MBA/Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Project Management, Geotechnical Engineering, or related areas will be considered an asset. Master’s and/or Ph.D. degrees will be considered an asset. Professional Experience Experience in product and/or project management. Experience with geotechnical instrumentation/monitoring. Familiarity with geotechnical or mining monitoring software. Experience with multi-brand sensors (OTT, Vibratec, HMA, Leica, Hexagon, IDS, etc.). Technical Skills Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Fluency in English (mandatory) ; Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with automated instrumentation concepts, sensors, telemetry, and communication networks. Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration. Management and Communication Skills Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to mediate conflicts and manage operational crises. Additional Skills Applied statistics. Basic understanding of databases. Basic programming knowledge. Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be considered an asset.. Key Responsibilities Map integration requirements for new sensors and instruments. Define ingestion rules, calculations, formulas, and data transformation logic. Perform integration tests, validation, and technical rollout follow-up. Gather feedback from users and internal teams to prioritize items in the backlog. Write well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Maintain a prioritized technical and functional backlog focused on value and feasibility. Ensure the functional quality of deliverables and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) with key users. Document APIs, workflows, rules, and data structures. Support the customer support team with technical knowledge and functional context. Contribute to the knowledge base with tutorials, guides, and internal documentation. Travel within Brazil and abroad as required.
