  • Gather and document detailed business requirements through thorough stakeholder engagement and translation into actionable functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management features to analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, prepare comprehensive training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
