Enablement Strategist As an Enablement Strategist, you will be responsible for guiding partners to develop business-driven learning plans that align with their objectives. Strong consultative approach and expert-level consulting skills with a deep understanding of solutions and recommendations. Strategic thinking and the ability to connect the dots between partner needs and business outcomes. Ability to understand the 'why' behind a partner's requirements. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience as an L&D consultant or in a business-facing role driving strategic growth, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and certifications in Cloud Digital Leadership or Generative AI Leadership (GAIL). This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Brazil. Occasional travel within Brazil to client and partner locations may be required.
