Are you an experienced PL / SQL Developer looking to join high-impact financial projects where your expertise truly makes a difference? At Qaracter, we're looking for a Senior PL / SQL Engineer to join a strategic development team for one of the leading financial institutions in São Paulo. This is a great opportunity to work on mission‑critical core systems, in a hybrid model that values both flexibility and collaboration. What You'll Do : Design, develop, and optimize PL / SQL procedures, packages, and triggers Work on core banking systems and large‑scale data processes Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define technical solutions Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity Provide support for application releases and production incidents Follow agile practices and participate in planning and retrospectives ️ What We're Looking For : 5+ years of experience working with PL / SQL and Oracle databases Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and large datasets Understanding of banking operations, core systems, or financial products Familiarity with UNIX / Linux, Shell scripting, and version control systems Solid communication skills and problem‑solving mindset English level B2 or higher to collaborate in international environments Based in São Paulo and open to a hybrid work model What We Offer : Long‑term collaboration with a leading financial client Competitive compensation and full benefits packageHybrid work model (office + remote flexibility) Career development with access to certifications and training Benefits including meal vouchers, and flexible retribution options (transportation, childcare, etc.) International environment with strong focus on people and impact About Qaracter Qaracter is an international consulting firm offering business, financial, risk, technology, and operations advisory services.
