We're looking for a results‑driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data‑driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight‑driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. Your role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. As a Senior Media Buyer, you set a high standard, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a results‑focused approach. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the implementation of accurate, insight‑driven forecasts using the Prophet system and Statlas. Partner with clients to maintain clear, transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. Execute the full media buying lifecycle from strategy to creative to budgeting and optimization. Implement and uphold CTC’s Meta best practices, build campaigns using our structure, and manage ongoing testing to improve performance. Maintain data integrity for all clients across Statlas and ensure campaign reporting aligns with client goals. Achieve a daily alignment within 5% delta of forecasted performance and ensure all work is delivered on time and to high quality. Collaborate with the Brain Trust for ideas, contributing best practices and new ideas across teams. Regularly update clients with performance reports, maintain alignment on strategy, and provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call. Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement, and support future company content production. Lead the implementation of emergent practices and serve as an early adopter for new tools. Ensure daily alignment with the client versus forecast and strategy. Achieve above‑benchmark client satisfaction. Follow the Prophet system execution to 100% within required timelines. Deliver all work on time with optimal quality and attention to detail. Next‑Level Skills Communication Skills: Fluent in English, persuasively communicating and presenting ideas to stakeholders. Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results. Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark rates. Adhere to rigorous quality standards in client feedback, forecasting, and system execution. Meet all deadlines and budget requirements, ensuring timely performance. Contribute valuable ideas to team discussions and company‑wide content. Domain & Management Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. Reporting directly to Joy, a mentor known for relentless pursuit of excellence and immense passion for growth strategy. Orientation & What’s in It for Me? This role will be client‑facing. Salary Range: First month: $2,000 Second month: $4,000 Third month (on average): $7,000 a month 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000–$76,000 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000–$120,000 Growth, Transparency, and Fairness in Career Development.
