Technical Support Service Desk Administrator (English & Spanish Support) Hybrid – São Paulo, SP Contract |6 months + possible 90-day extensionWe are looking for aTechnical Support Service Desk Administratorwith validatedEnglish and Spanish proficiencyto provide high-quality user support in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.Responsibilities Provide user support inEnglish and Spanishvia phone, email, and chat. Support mobile devices ( iOS and Android ). Troubleshoot and supportnetwork infrastructure and VPN . Maintain and supportWindows, Office 365, Outlook, and ServiceNow . Performfirst-level supportaccording to established procedures. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents. Log incidents and service requests accurately.Required Education & Experience Technical degree in Technology or a related field, or higher education in Technology/Systems. Minimum 2 years of experienceproviding user support.Technical Skills Advanced English and Spanish(mandatory; validated). Knowledge ofITIL . Experience withWindows, Office 365, Outlook . Understanding ofcomputer networks and VPN .
