**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner generates high-performance conversion funnels and is looking for a Lead for its marketing department. This professional will lead operations aimed at creating and boosting brands, with a strategy based on online communication. The head of marketing will lead the business insights and branding teams, with the macro objective of ensuring that the brands in the company’s portfolio are aligned with the global state of the art in their operating segments.
**Responsibilities**:
The Marketing Lead will be the person responsible for idealizing, creating, and structuring brands, as well as planning the entire cycle of interaction between these brands and the market and ensuring that the company is aligned with best practices at a global level (research, trend assessment and analysis of internal projects).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in advertising or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing positions in retail companies and/or content production;
- At least 5 years of experience in management and leadership positions
- Advanced knowledge of grammar, sports, online communication, and digital marketing.
- Previous experience with data mapping, market and benchmark analysis, project and advertising campaign management, organization and tactical planning, and online and offline marketing.
