About Our Infrastructure Operations Role: The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support for a suite of software products by managing permissions, handling one-off requests via communication channels, resolving access issues, and ensuring successful releases for new services. This role focuses on maintaining and upgrading cloud infrastructure, primarily within a Linux environment. Key Requirements: At least 3–5 years of experience in similar positions Experience with AWS – EC2, Security Groups, Command Line usage Proficiency with Terraform – ability to stand up cloud infrastructure, create/modify resources, and update permissions on security groups (following existing formats) Familiarity with Linux Environment – Amazon Linux system maintenance, troubleshooting, and scripting for installation and deployment Scripting & Automation skills – ability to write scripts for deployment using Packer or Terraform Benefits: 15 days annual holidays/sick time 30 days annual time off FTGS contribution Social Security contribution Meal voucher Paid Time Off: 30 calendar days a year, accruing monthly at 2.5 days per month Work Location: Brasília, Brazil
