• Monitor and maintain current credentials and licenses for medical staff members
• Complete and submit enrollments with insurance carriers and follow up on application statuses
• Communicate with clients and providers regarding payer enrollments and credentialing processes
• Update and maintain credentialing software and CAQH profiles for accuracy
• Assist team members and manage validation lists to ensure timely payment of claims

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Credentialing Specialist II or equivalent role
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with provider payer enrollments
• Familiarity with insurance carrier requirements and processes
