**Your role**:
- Responsible for end user and infrastructure support in Region Latin America
- Roll out of centrally defined projects to Region and countries
- Act as interface to central project team
- Management of IT suppliers and contract
- Perform IT service delivery management
- Oversee all the service's life cycle, including capacity, availability and continuous improvement management
- Monitor and analyze service provider performance / KPI's
- Management of incidents resolution and escalations from IT Business Partners
- Interface and relationship with internal business Customers
**Your expertise**:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of experience on managing global / regional / local external IT service providers
- Experience in IT service management
- Experience in managing mid-sized IT infrastructure projects
- Good presentation skills and working in a global organization
- Customer Oriented
- Proactive approach to problem solving
