Job Title: We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to drive our automated testing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing test procedures to ensure software programs function as intended. Responsibilities include evaluating, recommending, and implementing tools and frameworks to improve the overall effectiveness of our testing infrastructure. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead quality-related work, train, and mentor team members. Key responsibilities also include owning the testing automation strategy, test data management strategy, and test automation for the entire testing organization. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 8+ years of experience working in a quality assurance and test automation position are required.
