Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in LoadRunner and a solid foundation in both automation and manual testing . The ideal candidate will design and execute performance and regression tests, analyze results, and work closely with development and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain LoadRunner scripts to simulate real-world load conditions.
- Plan and execute various performance tests: load, stress, endurance, spike, and failover.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure application stability across releases.
- Create and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium.
- Utilize AI-based tools to accelerate testing and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Define performance benchmarks, validate SLAs, and report results to stakeholders.
- Document and present test findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members on performance testing best practices.
- 7–11 years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on performance testing.
- Proven expertise in LoadRunner scripting and performance testing methodologies.
- Solid experience with Selenium for test automation and manual test case creation.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for testing and process acceleration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
