
Account Manager, Retail, Large Customer Sales

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the digital advertising field, working with account management or inside agencies.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating and working with Google Tools (e.g., Google Ads).
- Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate focus on details.
- Ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**About the job**:

In this role, you will develop and manage relationships directly with customers' leadership and their agencies. You will be an advisor, consultant, and an advocate within Google. You will grow business, and support the team build account and market expertise.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively with a team to support growth and maintain opportunities for customer accounts, optimize campaigns and ads to maximize results for advertisers, and support customers as they seek to optimize their advertising impact.
- Coordinate meetings with customers regarding product and advertising opportunities, while ensuring customers are satisfied with their business growth. Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for customer accounts and campaigns.
- Build excellent relationships with customers and educate them on product features. Collaborate with Google leadership to build relationships with customers that will lead to insights and areas of customer growth.
- Leverage all available resources including Optimization, Marketing, Vendor, and Technical Support. Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
