Team Overview:
Sales Intelligence at 99Empresas unit:
The Sales Intelligence team is responsible for build and manage the main indicators (OKRs and KPIs), executing the strategic planning. Also we are responsible for execute projects to optimize platform customers usage and their performance, using CRM like the main strategie.We work cross-functionally with Account Receivable, Marketing, CX, BI, Operations and Engineering ensuring that 99Empresas unit it will scale keeping efficiency as a top of mind.We are a looking for a person that is committed with excellence, who identifies with our values and culture, and that is willing to face the challenge to make a better journey for our customers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop analyzes using SQL and BI tools;
- Support sales and CRM team through data, reports and presentations, providing strategic and tactical insights;
- Maintain day-to-day tasks assigned by the team;
- Provides assistance in special projects when necessary.
Role Qualifications:
- Students of Business, Data Science, Engineering or related courses;
- Hands on;
- Experience in SQL;
- Advanced English is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in Google Sheets and Presentations is welcome;
- Focus on Operational excellence;
- Problem solving;
- Analytical and multi-task skills;
- Strong Communication;
- Teamwork.
