Job Overview:


We are searching for Jr Manager responsible for Retail Training Team.


Key Job Responsibilities:

Establish strategy and guidelines for product training for sales force including Samsung promoters, SES and Retailers salespeople.

Manage online training platforms ensuring the availability of mandatory content, as well as weekly adhesion from promoters, in addition to interfacing with Suwon office to cascade the strategy for the field.

Internal alignment with VD and DA HODs, as well as product managers to align launch strategies with field training actions

Interface with training agencies to ensure achievement of area KPIs: stores visited, people trained, impacts per product, on and offline

Preparation and execution of training events for flagship launches.


Background & Experience


  • Areas of Academic Background: Administration, Marketing and related.
  • Professional Experience: Experience in retail marketing, training and/or marketing. Proven experience in TV market.
  • Experience in technology industries.
  • Specific knowledge / skills: Proactivity, leadership, good communication, conflict resolution and resilience
  • Languages: Advanced English is mandatory.
