The OpportunityWe are seeking a Product Manager to own and lead a functional area within our Studio Management System. Our platform empowers franchisors and large multi-location operators with an integrated suite for member management, bookings, payments, marketing automation, and analytics. You will define and execute the roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You'll partner closely with UX, engineering, and other product teams to deliver customer-centric, high-impact solutions that serve enterprise fitness customers at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Own the vision and roadmap for your functional area within the Studio Management System.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management to align your roadmap with broader company objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact vs. effort, balancing quick wins with strategic investments.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify problems and opportunities.
- Write clear, concise user stories with well-defined use cases and acceptance criteria.
