Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You should be adaptable, a creative problem solver, and a motivated technologist who can work in a fast-moving, execution-oriented team. This role reports to the Director of IT. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent communication skills across media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically; strong written communication. Experience writing clear tickets, emails, and Slack messages. Proficiency troubleshooting, terminal usage, and macOS enterprise management; procuring and delivering technology equipment; onboarding and offboarding employees. Experience designing, testing, building and documenting programs, policies, tools; contributing improvements to existing knowledge bases. Experience managing SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools; owning IDP and SSO improvements (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Ability to manage incidents and outages, prioritize tickets, and work on projects across sprints in Jira; comfortable setting and pursuing own objectives aligned to team and company goals. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
