About the Role: Murex Expertise is required to advise on best practices, contribute to client-site implementations and provide support. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of P&L processes, accounting, hedge accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Advising on Murex best practices in position management, accounting and financial reporting. Contributing to client-site MX.3 implementations during the requirements gathering, design, build, test and deployment phases. Providing client support including managing open issues and supporting upgrade activities. Communicating development needs to the product team. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in capital markets technology with a strong academic background in accounting, engineering or a math-based discipline. Junior: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with a good understanding of IFRS or US GAAP principles. Senior: Proven client-facing experience in a support or project implementation role preferably in trading or risk management solutions. Required Skills: The successful candidate will possess: Strong knowledge of Murex Accounting. Good working knowledge of Back Office functions as well as processing. Strong functional and technical understanding of settlement instructions. Good knowledge of post-trade interactions between various actors of capital markets.
