Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Field Service expert to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our field service operations. This is a remote contract role that requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, with additional experience in Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) and Oracle CPQ being highly desirable. Main Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and functional solutions for business workflows, scheduling, routing, and mobile field operations using Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS). Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable configuration for OFS modules including capacity, activity management, work order orchestration, routing plans, and mobility experiences. Integration and Testing: Integrate OFS with other Oracle cloud applications, especially Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and perform solution testing, UAT support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless field operations, and recommend best practices and continuous improvements in field service processes. Deployment and Stabilization: Support deployment activities, including data migration, configuration promotion, and post-go-live stabilization, working closely with cross-functional teams including service operations, IT, product management, and vendors. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS). Strong understanding of OFS architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, routing, and capacity planning. Experience designing workflows, activity types, and policy configurations in OFS. Ability to write and interpret OFS API integrations, business rules, and extensibility scripts. Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into actionable configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow/OSvC) configuration, workflows, and integrations. Experience with Oracle CPQ (quoting workflows, commerce rules, integrations). Understanding of broader Oracle CX Cloud architecture and integrations. Experience with mobile workforce or field service applications outside Oracle. Knowledge of cloud integration tools (OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
