Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SOX and Internal Audit Expert . In this role, you will work on projects covering the entire scope of SOX - from conceptualization to implementation, including documentation and control testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in service delivery, team management, and possess good analytical and communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: Develop project plans and allocate resources Lead staff members and handle SOX and Audit engagements Evaluate internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and effectiveness and efficiency of operations Requirements: Be a SOX and Internal Audit Professional with ACCA certification Have relevant experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate Possess excellent report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities This position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and balance confidential information discretely and expertly.
