About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Technology & Operations Manager to lead our marketing technology stack, streamline automation processes, and improve campaign execution. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics, with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing systems to enhance efficiency and performance. Additionally, you will serve as the primary support resource during US hours, ensuring seamless operations for our global team. What You'll Be Doing: Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, WordPress, and other marketing automation platforms. Own and manage relationships with external marketing technology vendors for lights-on support, serving as the primary point of contact for their Customer Success Managers during U.S. business hours while other team members are offline. Oversee marketing operations, including lead management, data hygiene, campaign execution, and reporting. Develop and implement automation workflows to improve lead nurturing, scoring, and pipeline velocity. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to align technology and operations with business objectives. Monitor and improve marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Implement and enforce data governance best practices, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for improving efficiency and performance. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, preferably in a B2B environment. Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese required. Strong technical expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), and HubSpot. Experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, and data management. Proficiency in reporting and analytics. Very strong data skills and proficiency with Google Sheets, formulas. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives. Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ABM Platforms: Experience with 6sense, Terminus, Demandbase, or other account-based marketing (ABM) tools. SEO & Web Analytics: Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM). Advertising & Paid Media: Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms. Data-driven, continually seeking to innovate to drive improved results.
